We provide a customisable Payroll Giving Online page with your logo and colours; ensuring your charitable giving is always on brand. This is an ideal accompaniment to a face-to-face promotion, enabling those colleagues who miss our visits to donate online, at their convenience. The page can sit on your intranet or be emailed to colleagues as part of any electronic communication.

 

Expertise

Our Account Managers all have years of experience in developing and monitoring multi-faceted and informative promotions for some of the UK's largest companies and organisations. Our team can create customised campaigns for you that will be tailored to your own individual ethos and work style. Payroll Giving is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We believe in consultative, transparent promotions, not generic solutions.

 

Donor care

We are the only PFO with a dedicated donor monitoring team. Each individual gift is treated with the care and attention it deserves. Behind the scenes, we work hard to make sure your colleagues' money is getting to where it can make a difference as quickly as possible. Our telephone team are happy to assist any of your staff who contact us with questions or updates

 

Reporting

We understand that you need to know how the campaigns are going; we produce reports for you which will keep you up to date with all progress. Timely, relevant, what you need, when you need it.

We offer support, advice and training for your Payroll Processing Team around what information is required to facilitate deductions.
